The Côte-Rôtie is renowned for it's co-fermenting techniques, blending Syrah with a smidgen of Viognier, which adds an incredible lift and fruit driven profile,  balanced out by the mineral and spice element of the cool climate Syrah. This is the epitome of that expression.
