65% Mataro, 30% Cinsault and 5% Grenache from the talented vignerons at Ministry of Clouds. Exceptional McLaren Vale quality gives this rosé incredible texture and savoury grip. There is fleshiness and acidity in the blend (helped by a small parcel of old vine Grenache from the Blewitt Springs and McLaren Flat regions). 3 hours on skins before wild fermentation has made this wine delicate, aromatic and absolutely delicious. Think strawberries, pink lady apples, pomegranate and guava.
