A bone dry and beautifully savoury Syrah rose from stellar winemaker Luke Lambert. He likes to make his wines with funk and chutzpah! Whole bunch pressed Shiraz, fermented with wild yeast and malolactic. Matured in French oak Foudres, unfined and unfiltered.
