Raised among volcanic vines in Lanzarote, she still craves the crisp, salty snap of Malvasía Volcánica, but these days you’ll catch her swirling aromatic Italian whites, juicy Grenache and laid‑back GSM blends or sipping a cold lager, ale or hazy IPA.
