It presents a bright crimson red colour and vibrant lifted aromatics, with wild mulberry, raspberries, and an earthy autumnal undertone. Layers of five-spice and a lifted herbal note unfold in the glass, carried by silty pinot tannins to a long finish. Sourced from north-facing rows with basalt-rich clay loam soils, this Pinot Noir was crafted with 60% de-stemmed and 40% whole bunch cluster fermentation before aging in neutral puncheons. Bottled un-fined and un-filtered, this wine offers a spiced and complex experience that captures the essence of its terroir.
