2022 Troppo Syrah

Produced by Ochre Nation, Troppo is Unico Zelo's answer to Australia's agricultural excess. Taking what most would consider 'leftovers' and making affordable, delicious wines with minimal intervention and biodynamic practices (Vegan friendly too!)

This Syrah highlights the real capabilities of the Adelaide Hills region. A tailored back expression, decidedly fruit-forward and leaning into the spicy aromatics that we see from the region, alongside a menagerie of berries typical for a fun loving drinker.
