2004 Pommery Cuvée Louise

A delicate blend of 40% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 30% Pinot Meunier. Created as a tribute to Louise Pommery, Cuvée Louise is a quintessential example of the Pommery expertise. Grapes are picked from three Grand Cru sites; Avize, Cramant and Aÿ.

A bouquet of white florals waft from the glass, delicately blended with subtle notes of buttery vanilla, roasted hazelnuts and mild tobacco. The wine caresses as it goes down, velvety in texture with gripping minerality, gentled by a soothing lemon and honey to finish.
