100% Pinot Noir from 25 year old vines in the Premier Cru Ecueil. Aged for two years on lees and a further 6 months in the bottle post-disgorgement. 

Red fruits, and pastry on the nose, while the palate is awash with more red fruits and berries. It’s fresh, and full of life, with a fine bead that makes it so enjoyable. A stellar example of what sets Grower-Producers apart from House Champagne, a cut above the rest.
