Jansz Tasmania Vintage Cuvée 2018

A complex, creamy and sophisticated blend of 62% Chardonnay and 38% Pinot Noir that is now the trademark of Jansz Tasmania. Only the best fruit is handpicked and fermented in old oak for six months before blending and four years of lees ageing.

Notes of citrus zest, lemon curd and sea spray are overlaid with complex notes of sweet brioche, toast and nougat. The palate is elegantly structured with preserved lemon, white peach, wild strawberries and rose water.
