Dr Edge Dr Ongo 2021

This rosé sparkling wine is based on Pinot Noir with a tickle of Riesling, and comes from the Meadowbank vineyard in the Derwent Valley. Quite lean and refreshing, the Riesling really shines through with flavours of grapefruit and lime, fattened out a bit by raspberry and pomegranate from the Pinot Noir. Crisp and easy drinking.
