Lowestoft Grand Reserve 2016

A stunning traditional method sparkling, a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir by the Fogarty Family wine estate. Picked by hand and pressed on whole bunches, a portion of the Grand Reserve rests in seasoned French oak, and matured on lees for over 4 years.

Minerality shines with notes of slate and oyster shell while the palate is enriched with toasty brioche, malt and a hint of white mushroom.
