2015 Jansz Tasmania Vintage Rosé

100% Pinot Noir from the Jansz Estate vineyard at Pipers River, Tasmania. Fermented in French oak for six months before three years of ageing on lees. Aromas of fresh strawberries and rose petals waft from the glass, along with subtle notes of rose water truffle and pink peppercorns. The palate is pure and lush, decadent flavours of Turkish delight, red fruits and the savouriness of white truffles and marzipan.
