Olivier Bonville runs this Côte des Blancs estate, an unrivalled Domaine in Avize, Oger and Cramant, totaling 20 hectares of Grand Cru Chardonnay vineyards. This cuvée is emblematic of the terroir, and of the House style. There is a lot of finesse and elegance, lush minerality, white florals, white peach and grapefruit.
