70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay from vines that are over 50 years old. Concentrated and ripe with stone fruits, dark cherries and a mineral finish. This is an outstanding wine.

Benoît Lahaye is a grower producer in Champagne who is a passionate advocate of natural winegrowing, certified Biodynamic and Organic since 2009. Working over 5 hectares across the Grand Crus Bouzy and Ambonnay, 2 of those hectares are ploughed by horse!
