Matthew and Jonathan Hughes established Mewstone Vineyard in 2011, seeking to fulfill a growing need for more environmentally conscious, natural wines.

A blend of cool climate, Tasmanian Chenin Blanc and Riesling. Fermented on skins for 75 days and matured on lees for 50 days. Unfined and unfiltered.
