65% Gewurztraminer with 7 days on skins and 4 months oak, blended with 35% Pinot Gris, fermented in stainless steel. Flinty and floral aromas waft from the glass, immediate notes of lavender and fields of daisies. The palate is energetic and lively, full of lychee and slight hint of nutmeg. The acid is incredible, with full weight and great body.
