85% Semillon and 15% Chardonnay, hand picked from the Underhill vineyard and whole bunch pressed before fermentation in old French oak.

White pear flesh and grapefruit citrus characteristics from the Semillon, Chardonnay brings some stone fruit flesh and greater middle palate weight and a softness from maturation in neutral oak barrels. A granny smith green apple tang driving the acidity with a lovely chalky texture to finish.
