Vigneron Schmolzer + Brown Blauburgunder 2025

Blauburgunder is the Austrian synonym for Pinot Noir. This is a small batch Pinot Noir we’ve been making for a few years, specifically engineered to be a ‘white-drinking red’: a lighter-framed Pinot Noir, suited to taking a light chill.

A cheery cherry hue, which a nose flinging out pulpy strawberry and raspberry notes, and with a subtext of sandalwoody spice and a crinkle of leafy herbage. Refreshingly light and savoury on the palate and totally moreish.
