Tornatorre Zottorinotto Etna Bianco

This exquisite Carricante from Etna’s northern slopes presents a vibrant straw yellow colour with golden highlights. The nose offers a delightful bouquet of vanilla, honey, ripe yellow peach, and delicate broom flowers, all wrapped in a layer of elegance. On the palate, the wine is wonderfully complex, with an exquisite balance of fruitiness, savouriness, and persistence. Made from hand-harvested grapes, the wine undergoes fermentation in 225-litre acacia barrels, adding depth and complexity to the finished product. After fermentation, the wine rests on its fine lees for eight months, enriching its texture and flavour profile. A fine example of the unique character of Etna’s volcanic terroir.
