Stoke Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Stoke approaches Sauvignon Blanc with the same relaxed precision it brings to its Kangaroo Island reds. Most of the fruit ferments cool in tank, while a small barrel-fermented portion, lees stirring and partial malolactic conversion give the wine a little extra curve and texture.

Green apple, grapefruit and lime make the opening bright and direct. Fresh grass adds a recognisable varietal note, followed by a saline flicker and a softly leesy middle. The result is vivid but not sharp-edged—a coastal Sauvignon Blanc with something to say beyond simple fruitiness.
