Soul Grower Debutant Counoise Carignan 2024

In their words - Every year we trial a number of different varieties to see how they show in the wonderful Barossa climate. These small parcels are usually blended away until we tasted the old and rare French variety Counoise with the historical Spanish variety of Carignan from a single vineyard. We picked these two varieties together as a field blend and co-fermented in an open fermenter. Vibrant, fresh, light style and screaming for friends and food, this wine is an example of what can be done when you push the boundaries.
