Sidewood Estate Shiraz

This exceptional cool-climate Shiraz is sourced from selected vines and crafted at Sidewood’s family-owned winery. After extended maceration and wild yeast fermentation in French oak barrels, it matures for 15 months before blending. Aromas of dark plum, blackcurrant, bitter chocolate, and allspice lead to a fruit-driven palate with hints of white pepper, violets, and seasoned leather. Silky tannins provide a lingering finish.
