This 100% Chardonnay from the Moorabool Valley, Geelong, delivers a vibrant expression with aromas of grapefruit, peach, and mineral notes. Aged for 8 months in 25% new French oak, it has a rich, mouth-filling texture balanced by lively acidity. Expect flavours of grilled peach, citrus, and smoked cedarwood, enhanced by hints of struck match and preserved lemon. A benchmark Chardonnay that will only improve with age.
