Latta Rattlesnake Blanc 2024

A manic blend of Riesling, Viognier, Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, and Pinot Gris. Traditional French varieties made in a non-traditional manner. Fermented on skins with full lees contact, spontaneous malo and a lot of creativity. Impossible to explain, it can only be believed when drunk. Unfined and unfiltered, minimal intervention.
