Vinified without blending and matured for at least six years, it’s fermented using indigenous yeasts and aged on natural lees to enhance complexity and purity.

With zero dosage, it preserves its natural tension and minerality. Aromas of citrus zest, brioche, and honeycomb are complemented by a bright, ample palate that is both chiseled and deep.
