La Giustiniana Terre Antiche Gavi DOCG 2024

La Giustiniana’s vineyards sit within the commune of Gavi itself, giving Terre Antiche a particularly clear sense of place. Cortese is gently pressed, fermented in stainless steel and allowed several months on its lees—just enough time to gain texture while keeping its natural brightness.

Pear, green apple and lemon lead into chamomile and peach stone. The finish is dry, lightly mineral and faintly almond-like, with a calm freshness rather than sharp acidity. A quietly polished Gavi that rewards attention without ever demanding it.
