The fermentation takes place in a single concrete vat, in order to isolate the parcel and to express the unique characteristics of its terroir. The entire system is thermo-regulated. The wine is aged for mostly in demimuids (95%) and in a new oak barrel for 16 month, and in concrete vats for 2 more months. Slight filtration and no fining.
Very beautiful and intense ruby-red. Floral notes (violet), licorice, pepper and spices. Delicious and sweet, with a ripe and crispy fruitiness. Delicate and fresh tannins.
