Only the 4th release of this wine, the only 100% Grenache in the Henschke lineup  comes from a 80 year old single vineyard in the Barossa.  Exceptional wine.

In their words - Pale ruby with ruby hues. Captivating aromas of red cherry, raspberry coulis and rose petal are entwined with notes of lavender, white pepper and aniseed. A bright and finely structured palate reveals satsuma plum and blackberry, layered with maraschino cherry, crushed dried herbs, graphite and baking spice. Vibrant acidity and long, savoury tannins provide great length.
