It’s a blend of old Gamay d’Auvergne, Beaujolais vines, and a few rare cousins, all grown on red clay and granite soils. Whole-cluster fermented, gently pressed, and aged half in stainless steel and half in old barrels, this is low-intervention winemaking at its most elegant.
