Hancock & Hancock Shiraz 2024

Hancock & Hancock draws on McLaren Vale’s generous Shiraz fruit but keeps the finished wine polished rather than oversized. Ripe regional fruit and supportive oak create breadth and warmth, while savoury detail prevents the palate from becoming a simple wall of sweetness.

Blackberry, mulberry and dark plum are layered with mocha, liquorice, olive and peppery spice. The tannins are rounded and the finish long, dark and savoury. It is confidently full-bodied, but carries its weight with a relaxed South Australian ease.
