In our words- Hahndorf Hill has made a name for itself with Grüner Veltliner, and this little beauty shows exactly why they've fallen so hard for Austria's favourite white grape. Fresh, fragrant and wonderfully textured, it's a wine that manages to be both seriously interesting and ridiculously easy to enjoy. The nose is bursting with juicy nectarine, zesty lime peel and delicate chamomile, with a lovely savoury edge lurking in the background. Take a sip and you'll find ripe yellow stone fruits, pink grapefruit and a cheeky little hint of tropical guava. There's a gorgeous richness to the palate, thanks to a clever combination of stainless steel fermentation, wild yeast and time in seasoned oak. Bright, juicy acidity keeps everything beautifully fresh, while a subtle peppery spice adds that unmistakable Grüner personality.
