Even Keel Rosé 2025

100% Tempranillo, handpicked by the Polperro team from vines in the Hickenbotham and Rivendale Vineyards. The fruit is whole bunch pressed and fermented in old French oak for 3 months. The resulting wine has a lifted citrus aroma of zesty orange peel which continues to the palate along with flavours of ripe cranberries and pomegranate. Farmed organically, unfined and unfiltered.
