Even Keel Pinot Noir 2025

This is Pinot Noir with its shoulders down. Even Keel takes Mornington Peninsula fruit and handles it gently, using oak as a quiet frame rather than the main attraction. The result sits on the lighter side of the spectrum, built around perfume, freshness and a soft line of tannin.

Red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry lead, with dried herbs, subtle spice and a little earth appearing as the wine opens. Silky and bright, it has enough savoury detail to stay interesting while keeping the easy, unforced manner that makes the label such a pleasure.
