Even Keel Pinot Gris 2024

Sam Coverdale’s Even Keel wines have always favoured balance over bravado. Here, fruit from the Mornington Peninsula’s cool maritime vineyards is drawn from several Pinot Gris clones, then given time on lees to build texture without smothering its natural freshness.

Pear and golden apple arrive first, followed by white peach, citrus peel and a quiet floral note. It is dry and gently savoury, with enough weight through the middle to feel complete and a clean, lightly saline finish that keeps it moving.
