Dominique Portet Fontaine Rosé 2025

One of the OG Provence style Rose's in Australia!  A dry style rosé, pale in colour with notes of cherry blossom and ripe strawberries on the nose. The palate is elevated with juicy plum, stone fruit and a slight creaminess, crisp to finish.

55% Merlot, 35% Cabernet and 10% Shiraz, hand picked and fermented in stainless steel.
