This Botrytis Semillon is the golden child of decades of expertise, with fruit so carefully sourced it’s basically VIP. The season played hard to get, but when the conditions finally aligned, oh did it deliver. What you get in the glass is pure indulgence: honeyed apricots, candied citrus, a little nougat, and a silky texture that glides like a dream. Oak-aged for added depth but still bright with acidity, it’s luscious, balanced, and built to impress now or twenty years from now.
