Sliced pineapple, papaya and bursting aloe vera. There is a tropical nature to this wine that lifts from the bottom of the glass to the ceiling. Some oyster shell and white stone, with a gentle creaminess of white cornmeal thanks to some neutral oak. Acidity is bright and held in by some savoury white pepper on the finish.
