This Southern Rhone style is a classic blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro. Designed to be unpretentious and easy-drinking, it embodies a bistro style blend, named for the Spanish/Portuguese word for 'Together'. Grenache dominates with its pretty red fruits and perfume, while Shiraz adds flesh and Mataro provides savoury spice and structure, resulting in a more complex and balanced wine. The hand-picked fruit is gently handled in the winery, fermented, and aged in old oak.
