100% Sangiovese from the oldest wine estate in Montalcino. Aged in French oak before bottling, there are aromas of liquorice, dried rose petals and earthy herbality. The palate is a swirl of rich red cherry and currants, with great length and the reappearance of earth and tobacco. Well balanced and well crafted.
