Red berries and dark cherry aromas greet the senses, leading to a palate of firm mid-palate tannins balanced by refreshing acidity. Crafted with precision, all fruit undergoes meticulous hand-picking in the morning, followed by immediate destemming without crushing. The wine's journey continues with tank fermentation, utilising a blend of natural and cultured yeasts, alongside pigage and delastage for cap management. After 11 months of maturation in oak barrels, including a blend of new and seasoned oak, the wine is bottled without filtration or fining, preserving its purity and character.
