Handpicked from a 3-hectare block of mature vine Riesling, defined by a long, taut spine of slaty acidity, balanced by textured complexity, with flavours of a wild cottage garden - chamomile, feijoa, dried lavender, juniper and grapefruit with aromas of tea rose, cumquat and ocean spray.
