79% Grenache and 21% Mataro, hand picked from 4 Barossa Valley Vineyards. A small portion of the juice was left in whole bunches before wild fermentation and finished in 5% new oak.

At first glance, the fruit implies sweetness but truly this is a generous expression of a crisp, dry wine. Perfect for sipping by the pool during summer, and vegan friendly.
