Yarra Yering Carrodus Viognier 2019

100% Yarra Valley Viognier hand harvested with love and left alone to age in oak barrels for 10 months. The signature aromas of apricot flowers, honeysuckle and sweet musk lift from the glass. Powerful apricot and nectarine stonefruits pack a punch on the palate and are lifted by a lemon acid drive. A chalky texture and oak tannins carry the wine toward a long finish. Only two barrels are produced.
