A single vineyard field blend of 70% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 5% Corvinone. Handpicked and dried for up to 120 days. Select bunches are hand picked in the last two weeks of September and dried for 110-120 days, losing over 40% of their initial weight. A powerful and concentrated wine, but the Speri style is more medium bodied, highlighting elegance and finesse.
