Brut Premier Cru Magnum
The perfect apéritif with a delightful texture and weight.
Extra Brut Premier Cru
Created for our Michelin Restaurant partners in Italy, this is the exact same cépage (blend) as the Brut Premier Cru, the only difference is the >40 y/o vines (vieilles vignes) and the dosage of 3 gr/L vs 6 gr/L.
Since its arrival in Australia last year, we are enjoying the evolution on the pinot in this bottle!
Rosé Premier Cru
A Rosé unlike any on the market at the moment. It paired so perfectly with the frozen yoghurt and lemon parfait but is quite compelling with duck and can go as far as pork. I am still learning how versatile it is as a Rosé.
2012 Cuvée des Hussards
Decanter World Wines 2019 Platinum Winner 97/100
This is stylistically different to the general vibe of our wines. I cannot fault the structure and length of this wine, not to mention the layers of fruits, citrus and white florals.
Solaire Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut Grand Cru
This is a special project between Guillaume, Richard and Rodolphe and is the first in a series of 3x Grand Cru wines. It is allocation only and a collector's edition. The following wines will be released in 2023.
VV26 Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru
Allocation only. This wine is no longer available. It sold out within 6 months and will only go to our select partners around the world (the Ritz-Carlton Japan is the only pour in the world).We have a very small allocation left to sell.The cellaring potential of it is quite good. The 2012 (in the blend of 2008, 2009, 2012) just gave it awesome structure and acidity.
Also, can't go past the fact of the 1926 vines!
