However, it still retains its red-fruited heart through out all the versions of \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eclimate and vintage. This is lighter, fresher and fluffier than the Hill of Grace Shiraz, and \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003ethe tannins are \"easier\" somehow. The tannins of the Hill of Grace wine are dense— \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003ealthough fine— and feel more abundant. There will come a time when the vines reach a \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003elevel of maturity that the expression of this wine begins to merge in character with the Hill \u003c\/em\u003e\u003cem\u003eof Grace.
