100% Nerello Mascalese from the ancient Barbabecch vineyard. Planted around 1910 and almost a kilometre above sea level, these ungrafted vines bask in the morning Sicilian sun.

The 2019 vintage is profound, rich and elegant, volcanic soils of Mt Etna bring forth a character like no other. Produced by Frank Cornelissen, the Grand Vin MAGMA is only produced in great vintages, where the grapes are pure and perfectly ripe.
